BIO

As an osteopath, I mainly work with active adults, recreational athletes, and people living with persistent pain, particularly in the back and neck, as well as high levels of stress. My approach is aimed at those who want to better understand their bodies, regain mobility, and actively participate in their care process.

Driven by a desire to better understand the body I inhabit, I naturally gravitated toward osteopathy. Empathetic and attentive, I view manual therapy as a safe space where we take the time to observe, feel, and make connections. My practice combines rigorous and structured clinical thinking with a precise, sensitive touch that is adaptable to each individual.

I place the person at the heart of the treatment. The sessions aim not only to relieve symptoms, but also to promote greater body awareness, particularly through breathing work. My approach is biopsychosocial: it takes into account the body, stress, lifestyle, personal context, and the physical demands of daily life or sports.

Over the years, I have developed particular expertise in treating chronic pain, stress-related tension, and sports injuries. I enjoy working with people who feel that “their body is talking to them” and who want to understand the mechanisms behind their discomfort rather than just silencing it.

As an athlete myself—I climb and played soccer for many years—I am sensitive to the realities of movement, performance, recovery, and injury prevention. I am also interested in the impact of nutrition on overall health, which informs my clinical thinking.

I see osteopathy as a way to better understand what we experience in our bodies and regain lasting balance. I would be happy to accompany you in this process.
